What is the Scarlet Thread?

The Scarlet Thread LLC is a Christian media production company that provides Christian “edutainment” (i.e., educational entertainment) for Christians and non-Christians to help them become better versions of themselves with a clear understanding of who they are and what their purpose in life is and instill a finely tuned sense of morality. It's all about life changing truths.

Art is the tool of choice to convey this message because, with the arts, we can take intellectually dense concepts and present them in simple terms (visually and quite often with humor). This makes for a pleasurable experience and, consequently, people are inclined to ask for more.

Furthermore, because it tends to be enjoyable, people are inclined to let down their defenses, thereby making it easier to help people overcome barriers to faith in God which results in peace with God, direction, meaning, significance, purpose, and a moral compass by which we can navigate through life in a meaningful way resulting in wholesome relationships and a moral and meaningful life.

The primary mediums used are books (primarily comic books), animations and podcasts All of which can be used as teaching aids to enhance the ability to effectively understand and present the gospel with clarity.

We create stories that present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the spirit of his parables.

We find answers to life's most pressing questions. “If you don't know where you're going any road will take you there.” But when we look at the world through the lens of scripture we find the "way, the truth and the life;" then we live life to the fullest.
